2016 Mushroom CSA Shares SOLD OUT ~

 

Are you interested in eating a variety of locally grown mushooms on a regular basis? If so, great news! We are offering weekly & bi-weekly CSA shares for our 2015 20 week growing season. CSA stands for Community Supported agriculture and refers to a system where members pay subscriptions to farmers prior to the season. When harvesting begins you will receive your share. By investing in Sayler Farmacy we can guarantee you fresh mushrooms on a regular basis. As a member you will receive a discounted rate, weekly newsletters and recipes. 1) Weekly ~ receive 1/2 pound of mushrooms* every week for 20 weeks

• One-time payment of $150

2) Bi-weekly ~ receive 1/2 pound of mushrooms* every other week for 20 weeks

• One-time payment of $75

3) Four 'grow your own' mushroom kits throughout the 20 week season

• One-time payment of $50

 

*Please note - up to two weeks of delieveries may be dried mushrooms*

 

*Mushroom varities may include oysters, log grown shiitakes, and wild foraged mushooms such as maitake*

 

Our pick up locations are Fridays in Omro or Saturdays (7:30 am-1 pm) at the Oshkosh Farmers Market. Payment deadline is May 1st, 2015 and can be received as cash or check. Our 20 week season begins June 5th/6th - October 16th/17th.
